The Menopause Posse: Navigating the Hormone Highway Together

Writer's picture: The Modern Domestic WomanThe Modern Domestic Woman

Are you in the throes of peri-menopause and need a little camaraderie to soften the ups and downs of this physical and emotional rollercoaster?

MDW is collaborating with Sarah Whitt, owner of House of 423 in Geneva to host a candid support group specifically for women going through the precursor of "the change."

During this two-hour experience, we will open up the conversation around peri-menopause - that little b*tch - and candidly discuss why this topic has been historically hushed and how we can rewire our thinking from mourning middle age to celebrating the female revival.

What to expect:

🧡 Solidarity with like-minded women experiencing peri-menopause

🧡 1 beverage

🧡 A safe space to share concerns, laugh, and discover solutions around peri-menopause

🧡 1 journal

Both Sarah and Elizabeth will share their testimonials, we will take time to brainstorm topics around peri-menopause that we’d like to learn more about, sip on some beverages, laugh, cry, and pull down the veil of shame around the “change of life.”
