We'd love to know what's tickling your fancy lately. Leave a comment below and tell us - oh please, do tell us!

1. Getting Our Pelvic Health Back in Shape

Women's Health Specialist and Physical Therapist, Jamie Justice is a miracle worker when it comes to 4th-trimester healing and postpartum recovery. I personally had major issues with my bladder and peeing my pants - all. the. time. And I was 10 years postpartum! After seeing Jamie, my life changed and I'm no longer self-conscious about working out, fearing I will pee my pants by simply sneezing too hard, or out-of-the-blue leaking. 😬 Jamie is the co-owner of Empower Women's Health & Wellness in St. Charles, Illinois, and is a featured columnist on MDW talking about the 4th trimester and 5 reasons why you pee your pants after childbirth and how to...not. Follow Jamie on Instagram or reach out to her directly at jamie@empowerwhw.com
